So we will introduce several ways to lose belly fat at home!





1. Do sit-up.

No choice. :P Exercise is the No.1 way to lose belly fat.
Sit-up is very effective to lose your belly fat 
by strengthening  abdominal muscles.




2. Stretching exercise.

Stretch the right leg and the left arm first for 30 secs
 and visa-versa. Repeat it several times.






3. Lift up your legs.

Put your hands on the floor, and lift up your legs for 30 secs. 
It will help you have abdominal muscles.
