Could living longer be as simple as eating
less? According to the latest food research at the institute of health ageing
at university college London, eating 40 percent less food could extend 20 years
of person`s life which means eating lots of food decrease your life expectancy.
That is so sad having delicious food is one of the greatest pleasures in my
life but for my health I should eat less than I normally do.
