Jeju Island is a vocanic island which is
located southwest of the Korea, the largest island but smallest province in
Korea. It is only 1 hour form Seoul by air plane. Jeju Island has become a
favorite retreat with honeymooner and tourists. Blessed with spectacles of nature
created by volcanic activities, Jeju Island is designated as World Natural
Hertages by UNESCO. Jeju Island is famous for its natural beauty such as
beaches, rocks and Mt. Halla. Mt. Halla rises in the center of Jeju to 1950m
above sea level.
1. Seongsan
Ilchulbong
Beling one of UNESCO`s heritage, It takes
around 30 minutes to the summit. The steps are well constructed but it is a little
crowed with tour groups. At the top is an excellent view of coast and crater. Definitely
worth a visit, you just have to go there to see it yourself.

2. Jeongbang
Waterfall
The waterfall is amazing that flows to the
sea directly. It is about 10 minutes hike down stairs and rocks. So wear proper
shoes when you go there. It is possible to get close to waterfall and children
will like it so much.

3. Jeju Folk Village Museum

More than 100 traditional houses were moved
from their original location that has restored of the 1980`s village. It
presented unique lifestyle and traditional culture of Jeju Island. If you would
like to visit museum about jeju history, this is the right place to go.
