1. Try to avoid hot water
We all are aware that warm showers do make us feel
fresh and sound,
but they can also be a bit problematic for your hair and skin health.
Showers with hot water can take off
significant oil ingredients of your hair, resulting in tangled hair.
It is much safer to take showers with lukewarm water.
2. Brush correctly
Frankly, most women don't really know
how to correctly brush their hair.
This is very important because it highly affects
the overall condition of your hair.
Make sure to use a proper brush and untangle your hair.
Also, remember to start from the ends and work your way up.
Make sure to brush outwards no matter what.
3. Conditioning hair
Do you often put your conditioner on for several minutes during the shower?
Unfortunately, conditioners are not quite helpful as we've thought.
You can most likely witness instant difference at that time,
but there is no use more than that.
Instead of this method,
try to perform deep conditioning once every couple weeks.
It is the most effective when you apply your conditioner
right before you shampoo your hair.
You can also put on some oil such as coconut oil
or a tad of olive oil to add more moisture to your hair.
