Here's a few things you should take out of your shower routine.








Taking Hot Hot Showers


You don't have to shower in freezing cold water, 
but it's better to keep it warm instead of super hot. 
The hot water can remove too much of the skin's natural oils,
 leaving it dry and dehydrated. 











Shampooing Dryish Hair


If you're too eager to start shampooing before your hair is completely wet, you're just wasting product. 

Shampoo won't lather well on partially dry hair, 
so you add more and more when you don't really need it. 

Get your hair soaking wet, then you'll use just the right amount of shampoo.









Scrubbing Your Loofah To Death


Loofahs are great for exfoliating your skin and they keep you nice and clean.

 But, if you let them hang around too long,
 they collect tons of germs. 

Then you're just rubbing germs all over yourself which is just beyond gross








Taking Long Showers


Long showers are a no no, 
but not for the reasons you might think.

 It's not only because they use up precious water, 
but they can also make your skin itchy and dry. 

Doctors recommend only showering once a day and for no longer than 8 minutes.

 8 minutes!

 Now we'll get through only like 1/4 of Lemonade 
before our shower singing session is done.
